2017 ANNUAL SPONSORED SWIM

Every year, the team who raise most money at the R&S Lions’ sponsored swim are presented with the club’s Challenge Shield, which they hold till the next Swim.

In 2017 the successful team was “Scor!”. Lion President, Ian Christie, said:

‘I was particularly pleased to present the Shield to Scor! as they were a new team to the event, and to raise the most money at their first time attempt was a brilliant effort. As well as the team’s swimmers, our thanks are due to the team captain, Ellie Mark, fellow parent, Anna Lindmark, and their partners for their efforts in raising so much money.’
