If you have ever put a coin in a collection, supported one of our projects, attended an event we have organised or been involved with our Lions Club in any way – thank you.
We are proud to help at the heart of local communities with every penny raised going direct to good causes.
Not one penny is spent on administration as all running costs are funded by our members.
SUMMARY OF ACCOUNTS FROM 1ST JULY 2024 TO 30TH JUNE 2025
TOTAL SPENT ON SERVICE ACTIVITIES AND DONATIONS DURING THE YEAR WAS £9,393
Donations were made during the year to numerous deserving causes, including individuals and families in need. The largest donations and service event costs being:

- £2,046 to provide books for reception class children.
- £1,736 for Christmas parcels for disadvantaged families.
- £791 aid to disadvantaged families in our local area.
- £647 towards senior citizens Christmas lunches.
- £500 to Chestnut Tree House Children’s Hospice.
- £424 to local foodbanks.
- £400 to the Deans Seniors Tea Club.
- £400 to Children’s Cancer Charities.
There were many other smaller donations below £400.
